Why We Built This Site
Arizona provides broad public access to judicial records under Supreme Court Rule 123, but access is not housed in one Mohave County office. The Clerk of the Superior Court in Mohave County keeps felony, major civil, family, juvenile, and probate files. Justice and Municipal Court clerks maintain their own limited-jurisdiction records. Public Access indexes many cases, eAccess provides eligible Superior Court documents, and local calendars show current settings. We bring those roles, official links, search fields, request methods, and local court distinctions into one clear reference.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket references: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are read
- Dates and settings: how to check the Mohave court calendar
- Case lookups: how to use Arizona case search by name or number
- Record requests: how to obtain court records from the correct custodian
What We Cannot Do
This private resource has no access to a court's internal case system and no authority over a Mohave County docket.
- We cannot retrieve or certify an official case file
- We cannot set, move, or confirm a hearing
- We cannot amend, remove, or seal a docket entry
- We cannot file a document or accept a payment
- We cannot provide legal advice
- We cannot guarantee that a court detail has not changed
An official or certified copy must come from the Clerk of the Superior Court or the Justice, Municipal, or Consolidated Court that owns the original file.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some content pages are operated by outside providers. Those businesses control their own results, fees, and terms. We may receive a referral fee when a visitor follows a partner link to a paid service. Partner results are not an official Mohave County court record and should be verified with the originating court.
